industrial diamond blade and cutting techniques

If the industrial grade diamond tool becomes too hot and overheated, the metal bond does not chip or wear away, it instead “glazes itself over” the diamond. Then coating the actual diamond itself. The metal bond becomes the cutting agent rather than the diamond. It generates tons of more heat that way. The diamond toolwill eventually chip the material or break it, due to excessive heat build up in material. At the same time heat might damage the diamond tool itself, by causing heat cracks in the diamond section. But our tools are guaranteed to last.
